Regency Power Generation is a leading UK installer of diesel generators and part of the Xeinz Group that includes Welland Power Ltd. We have a dedicated team who help our customers to get the best out of their power solutions.

This role involves the management of a team of people who are passionate about their product and capabilities and its important that the candidate has extensive experience related to the industry, preferably at a technical level, coupled with excellent managerial skills.

The successful candidate will:
•       have excellent people management skills, having managed diverse teams in the past.
•       have a strong commercial focus; with the ability to manage and analyses their P&L. 
•       have working technical knowledge of standard diesel generators and their associated equipment.
•       have excellent IT and communication skills.
•       have a passion to solve problems with the team; or to assist team members when required.

Personal qualities will include reliability, a desire for personal development and business growth and total commitment to exceeding customer expectations.

Competencies
•	Word/Excel and report writing, use of ERP systems.
