Regency Power Generation is a leading UK installer of diesel generators and part of the Xeinz Group that includes Welland Power Ltd. We have a dedicated team who help our customers to get the best out of their power solutions.

This role involves the sale of standard diesel generators to end users who want a standard product, rather than a full project. They may install these themselves or with the assistance of our installation teams.

The successful candidate will:
•       have an outstanding track record in the sale of diesel generators; 
•       be capable of managing their own time; 
•       have working technical knowledge of standard diesel generators and their associated equipment.
•       have excellent IT and communication skills.

Personal qualities will include reliability, a desire for personal development and business growth and total commitment to exceeding customer expectations.

Performance measures

•	High net sales value with maximized margins;
•	Completion of all required documentation achieved in a timely manner.
•	High customer satisfaction and response.
•	H & S compliance.
