Welland Power is a leading UK manufacturer of diesel generators and part of the Xeinz Group. We have a dedicated team who love their roles and helping our customers to get the best out of their power solutions.

This role will involve the following key activities, although a wide variety of activities may be undertaken in a working week. This list should not be deemed exhaustive.

Learning about the products.
Dealing with customer requests by phone or email.
Helping the sales team with routine tasks and supporting them when out of the office.


Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have all the below; however, we recognise that some suitable candidates may not have all the below and require some training.
Applicants who hold none of the below should consider applying for a different role.

GCSE Maths at Grade 4(C) or Above (or Equivilent)
GCSE English at Grade 4(C) or Above (or Equivilent)
Optional Sales Experience / Customer service in any environment
A polite telephone manner.
Be friendly, outgoing and work well as part of a team.
